This is the way customer service should be.  Outstanding! Sheldon provided excellent customer service.  We required pick up and delivery.  We have a large Epsom printer that had paper jams and wonky printing.  Sheldon provided the finest service I have ever encountered.  Price was very fair.  Everything he did was absolutely professional from pick up to delivery  These are the only people you want to deal with fot any printer problems.  They are the best.

Great customer service and extremely good at what they do. They helped repair a rare typewriter from the late 1960’s and got it working like it was new. They also went to the trouble of completely cleaning all of the metal and components of the unit. I’m very impressed and would gladly use their services again. Highly recommend.

My 3070 PC broke down and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. The website I bought it from didn’t assemble it properly which made it eventually have cooling problems.  John was awesome as he knew exactly what needed to be fixed with his experienced knowledge. The older gentleman was also awesome too as he kept the shop open for me for an extra 10 minutes on a Friday; which shows their sheer dedication they have along with great customer service.  They were punctual with their response time. Got it fixed and runs great now. 5/5 would recommend the place and will be returning for laptop repairs.
